The Tangled Ivy Trilogy felt like eating ice cream at midnight. Although the premise might be a bit absurd, I told myself it was no more absurd than any James Bond film. I liked the characters and I like the push/pull. Although I did find the love connection a bit sudden/forced from the start. Book 1 did keep me engaged and succeed in getting me excited for Book 2 which means it did its job!
